Vorrei segnalare Silvia, presente al Rooftop54 che mi ha dedicato gentilezza e disponibilità fornendomi un cerotto necessario a seguito di un graffio causato dal mosaico della scala di entrata in acqua. Molto gentile e disponibile mi ha dato diverse informazioni senza mai mancare di trasmettere positività e un senso di generosa accoglienza. In generale il soggiorno e’ stato molto confortevole. Se devo trovare un difetto, cosa che faccio poco volentieri, direi che la camera 410 è troppo piccola per i miei standard. E anche il bagno. Per il valore attribuito alla camera desidero segnalare che ho soggiornato in locali più ampi e attrezzati. Grazie comunque dell’indubbio impegno da parte di tutti.

A very special place. The staff is friendly, helpful and smart, cuisine is absolutely outstanding, rooms were modern, fantastic decor and with every amenity you would want. Pools are high tech, perfect and huge. Great experience at the spa. Public areas inside and out are truly beautiful. Really at the top of the game. The chef in their restaurant has a rare ability to create amazing favors that feature the essence of the top quality ingredients more than spices. Very special. Also the breakfast buffet is top notch.

Semplicemente tutto perfetto: dalla prenotazione tramite il sito sino al momento della partenza. Personale squisitamente gentile, ambienti comuni perfettamente curati, camere ordinate e pulitissime, piscine e rooftop 54 super (complimenti a Letizia ed Alessandro per il rituale aufguß), ottimi servizi per il benessere offerti dalla Well54. Colazione e cena da applauso per scelta e qualità della proposta gastronomica: delle vere e proprie chicche. Non mi era mai capitato di trovare nel buffet serale scampi, ostriche e sushi. In breve, se ti vuoi bene e desideri prenderti una pausa per ricaricare le energie sei nel posto giusto. Ancora complimenti

Ho trascorso un solo pomeriggio qui, ma è stata una coccola stupenda. La struttura è facile da raggiungere e già dalla disponibilità del parcheggio, diviso tra alloggianti e non, si percepisce l’accoglienza. Il personale è cordiale e solare, tra receptionist, addetti alla cura degli spazi, esperti dell’estetica e responsabili. L’atmosfera è tranquilla e rilassante e l’area piscina-spa ha tutto quello che serve per godersi o il relax totale o attività in acqua. Ho fatto un massaggio perfetto e sono stata seguita con tutte le attenzioni del caso, oltre ad aver scambiato una bellissima chiacchiera con chi mi ha accolto nel reparto estetico/di cura. Infine, ho cenato nel bistrò che c’è proprio comodamente accanto alla zona piscina/spa e devo dire che non mi aspettavo proprio tanta bontà! La scelta è varia ma, soprattutto, devo lasciare ina nota speciale: da vegana faccio i miei complimenti per aver disposto opzioni valide e gustose (è raro trovarle, e quando le si trovano non è facile siano ben pensate), quindi ho concluso la serata nel migliore dei modi!
